Terms and conditions

Version 2 — effective 2 September 2026.

This wording is a template and has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer in any of the markets this site serves. It is published so the terms on which the service is offered are visible rather than absent, and it is not a substitute for advice. Several details the law requires — the operating entity, its registration number, and its regulatory status — are not yet settled and are marked below where they belong. Until they are, treat this page as a statement of intent. Any question about it should go to us through the contact page.

Who these terms are between

They are between you and the operator of Bitcoin Fusion AI, whose registered office is shown in the footer of every page. The operating entity and its company registration number are not yet published on this site; until they are, this section is incomplete and we say so rather than leaving you to notice. Creating an account or using the platform means you accept what follows. If any of it is unacceptable to you, do not open an account.

What the service is, and is not

We supply software that monitors the markets you list and carries out the orders and automated instructions you configure. We are not an investment adviser, a portfolio manager, or a broker acting on your behalf. Nothing in the product or on this site is financial advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Every instruction the platform executes is one you wrote.

Who may use it

You must be at least eighteen, legally able to enter a contract where you live, and permitted under local law to trade digital assets and to use automated trading tools. Confirming that is your responsibility, not ours.

  • You must not be resident in, or accessing the service from, a jurisdiction where doing so would breach local law or any applicable sanctions regime.
  • You must not be a person or entity subject to sanctions by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States.
  • You must use the account yourself. It may not be operated on behalf of anyone else, and access may not be sold, shared or transferred.

Identity checks

Before live trading, and at any point afterwards, we may be required to verify your identity, the source of your funds, and your eligibility. We may suspend or decline an account where those checks cannot be completed. Records are kept for as long as anti-money-laundering law requires, which may outlast the account itself.

Looking after your account

Your credentials and your second-factor device are yours to protect, and activity conducted through your account is treated as yours unless you can show otherwise. Use a password you use nowhere else, keep the second factor switched on, and allowlist your withdrawal destinations. Tell us immediately if you suspect somebody else has reached your account.

Demo balances, deposits and withdrawals

Accounts open in demo mode against a simulated balance that has no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn. Live trading requires a deposit. Withdrawals are made only to destinations you have verified and only after a second factor has confirmed the request. We may delay a withdrawal where it is necessary to complete an identity or source-of-funds check.

Risk

Trading digital assets carries a high level of risk and can cost you the whole of the capital you commit. Automation is not an exemption from that: systems fail, they can send orders you did not intend, and they behave least predictably during exactly the volatility and venue outages that matter most. Results from a demo balance, a backtest or any simulation say nothing reliable about what happens next. Do not commit money you cannot afford to lose.

No performance promise

We make no representation about returns, profitability or outcomes, and nothing on this site should be read as one. Any figure, projection or testimonial attributed to us that promises a return did not come from us. Where quotes from account holders appear on this site and are marked as placeholders, they are illustrative and are not evidence of anything.

What you pay

A single subscription fee, taken in advance for each period, with no share of your gains and no charge that varies with how much you trade. Fees are not refundable except where the law requires it. We will give at least thirty days notice before any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available continuously but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, third-party venue outages, network failures and events outside our control can interrupt access or execution. We are not liable for losses arising from an interruption we could not reasonably have prevented.

Things you must not do

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, interfere with its operation, scrape or reverse-engineer it, use it to conduct market abuse or manipulation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend an account immediately where we reasonably believe any of this is happening.

Intellectual property

The platform, the site, and everything in them other than your own content and your own strategies remain ours or our licensors’. Using the service does not transfer any of it to you. Your strategies remain yours; we do not claim ownership of what you build.

The limits of our liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, and so far as the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profit, or indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the service, and our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Events outside our control

Neither party is in breach of these terms because of a delay or failure caused by something genuinely outside its control — including network or power failure, the failure of a third-party venue or payment provider, industrial action, natural disaster, or an act of government. Obligations are suspended for as long as the event continues.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, write to us from the contact page with your account details and what happened. We will acknowledge it and tell you who is handling it. If we cannot resolve it between us, the route of escalation depends on where the operating entity is authorised — and because that is not yet published on this site, we cannot yet name the body you would escalate to. That is a gap, and it is stated here rather than hidden.

Ending the arrangement

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or is used unlawfully. Where we close an account without cause we will refund the unused part of the current period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A revised version will be posted here with a new effective date, and where a change materially affects your rights we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revision.

Governing law, and where disputes are heard

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the law of the place where the operating entity is established, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction. That entity is not yet published on this site, so the governing law cannot yet be stated with certainty — a defect we are naming rather than papering over. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the country where you live, or to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection law of that country.

The rest

If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of the business, on notice, provided your rights are not reduced. Notices to you are sent to the address registered on your account, and notices to us should go through the contact page.
